Our #1 goal
Commitment to helping you achieve the highest level of success AND building a long-lasting partnership
Welcome from Our President
We are committed to helping you achieve the highest level of success and building a long-lasting partnership.
Our Beginnings
Leap of Faith
Jennifer and Jason had been praying about starting their own company for years. Jason, our President, had been working full time in corporate America for many years. Soon, the priority of their son with High Functioning Autism led him to take a leap of faith in order to be able to work from home.
Power of 1 was born with a computer, phone, internet, cold calls, marketing and building relationships. Now, 8 years later, we have a solid reputation and substantial client-base.
Trust and Relationships
The Difference
We are a small family-owned business that focuses on helping clients achieve their goals and reach success through Talent Acquisition, Project Management, and Business Consulting Services. Family and quality of life are a priority with us, so we can approach client relationship-building with those values in mind. Our team works hard to get to know you, your company, and the culture, so we can better understand how to meet your needs. Our clients consistently see accurate and effective results because we take extra time in the beginning of the process. We will not give you "sales talk." We will have honest and transparent conversations with you and your team when working towards the goal. We feel that trust and relationships are what makes a difference.
